Provisional Professional Counselor-3rd Year Doctoral Program
My primary goal as a clinician is to join with and walk alongside you as you navigate this life and all that it brings. I believe in the desire and ability for each and every person to strive for and achieve their own healing, with the provision of a safe, trusting, transparent environment. It is my job, and my greatest joy, to work with you to create that environment during our time together. I am honored to bear witness to the growth, change, and healing of individuals, couples, and families.
Carl Rogers, the father of Humanistic therapy and my own therapeutic role model said “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.” This, together, is our work.
I earned my Masters of Science in Community Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming. I am a third year Doctoral student and the University of Northern Colorado where I study Counselor Education and Supervision; I love teaching the next generations of counselors to do their own healing work.
I look forward to the opportunity to witness your story and join you on your journey.
