Dr. Sheri Fluellen, Psychologist. She is the CEO and the visionary of Mind Spa. She finds great joy out of working with her clients who are professionals, leaders, and business owners. Her clinical work often consists of helping them identify their blind spots in their life to help them find more purpose and meaning. She is an optimistic who can always help people find value in their life, identifying their strengths, and using their strengths to grow.
Chris Teipel, Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Therapist. He has a wonderful attention to life’s details and a very compassionate spirit. He has a gift for therapy that especially comes out in his work with people who have experienced trauma (single or chronic), who are struggling with the controls of addictions, and who want therapy to integrate the Christian faith.
Mary Kelly, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Mary is fun to be around, thoughtful, very patient, and has a unique ability to see in to people’s lives, helping them both see a way out of struggles but also learning to accept them. She is very gifted at being to able to help people identify their emotions and thoughts that are helping and hindering. Her office is a wonderfully created environment for soothing.
Mindy Falkner, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Mindy is gentle, warm and an incredibly wonderful listener. She is very patient and empathic and really bonds well with clients, helping them feel accepted, valued and worthy of their goals. Uniquely, she often brings her adorable beagle/coonhound dog named Lilly, who is a certified therapy dog. Lilly brings a unique element to treatment through the calming and healing presence of an animal. Lilly loves Mind Spa, and Mind Spa loves her!
Laura Capasso, Provisional Professional Counselor. Laura exudes acceptance of others and “realness”. She is especially drawn to those who don’t see their own value and worth, and her ability to provide genuine honest feedback and encouragement to those around her is amazing. She enjoys a good challenge and can help people walk through messes in life to get to the other side because she embraces growth as an essential piece of life.
Brittany Rigby, Provisional Clinical Social Worker. Brittany is so fun and full of life. She is a “go with the flow” kind of person, which brings a wonderful flexibility to therapy with her clients. She has a lot of experience working with adolescents and finds fulfillment in helping them navigate their particular developmental and social challenges. As a Social Worker, she recognizes the many different areas of life that impact clients and loves the opportunity to help with the practical concerns of life too.
Darci Sprenger, Licensed Professional Counselor. Darci is passionate about helping her clients live out the best life they can. She has a very big heart and often finds herself working with the very complex and challenging situations in people’s lives. She has an immense amount of patience and finds joy, especially, helping those who cannot help themselves. Her many years of experience working as a therapist in our community bring lots of value and resources to our clients.
Debbie Earnshaw, Licensed Professional Counselor. Debbie has a heart for the hurting and has been working and volunteering in the service of others for decades- as a teacher, a minister’s wife, and a counselor. Her work uniquely harnesses the relationships among our physical, emotional and spiritual parts and is able to help clients find wellness, emotionally and physically. She finds great satisfaction in knowing that her work is healing. For the past decade, she has been working with her therapy dog, Ellie, who is a sweet and curious dog.
Jim Patterson, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Jim is a warm and friendly therapist and Chaplain (both in the VA health system and in the Air Guard). He has decades of experience working with military and civilians navigate life’s crises. He approaches life from a developmental and growth model, helping people through their struggles by helping them take the reigns of their life. He is especially passionate about working with couples and he loves to laugh and facilitates a great enrichment program called “Laugh Your Way to a Better Marriage”.
