Do you know any teens who struggle with controlling emotions? Many teens don’t have the skills needed to cope with strong emotions and to make them manageable for daily living.
This Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group is uniquely designed to educate on emotions, reactions, and the skills one can use to cope, self-soothe, improve communication skills and overall mental health.
The group starts February 22 at 3:00 pm and will continue to be held every Thursday. You can join in at any time & any teens in High School (grades 9-12) may participate.
