Do you feel like drama and chaos follow you? Are you searching for peace in many of your relationships and within your soul? Struggling with sadness, feeling on edge or losing hope? I would love to work with you on these issues. I provide gentle, compassionate and honest guidance regarding wounds that need healing and decisions that need to be made. My gift is to see the best in people and to carry the torch of hope when others are feeling disappointed, hurt, sad or overwhelmed. I believe that our thoughts have a huge impact on our feelings and behaviors. I also believe that you have the ability to manage your feelings in a consistent and healthy way by combining your emotional side and your logical side. In addition, I will help to soothe your heart and to teach you how to do the same thing for yourself. I am a Christian and believe that the power of the Lord makes change easier and more long term but recognize that not everyone is in the same place spiritually. You will bring as much or as little spirituality into your sessions as you feel comfortable.

I am a Kansas farm girl who moved to Cheyenne in 2004. I love Cheyenne and consider this my home. My adult son also lives in Cheyenne. I love to watch sports (especially College and Pro football, College basketball, NASCAR and Pro Baseball) and I enjoy my church ministries. Spending time with my family and friends is extremely important to me..
